Let me introduce myself

I'm a graphic designer with more than 10 years of experience delivering creative solutions for global clients. With a strong devotion for presentation design, video editing, and accessibility. I’ve worked on projects that required translating complex concepts into compelling visual and written content, collaborating with different teams, and shaping ideas from scratch. Most recently I’ve created campaigns that encourage participation and adoption of new initiatives, including implementations like Oracle and Salesforce, amongst others. My experience as a hybrid consultant has also helped me better understand client needs, come up with custom solutions, and work collaboratively with teams from different fields, like finance, IT, and marketing.
This professional journey has allowed me to design engaging communication and adoption campaigns, develop impactful trainings, support organizations in driving change, and deliver visually creative materials. A road that led me to bring a versatile skill that bridges creativity and strategy.

Freelance Graphic Designer

Worked independently with clients across various industries (real estate, retail, beauty, car, non-profits, and more, even public figures), delivering creative solutions tailored to their communication and branding needs.
Responsible for the full design process: briefing, concept development, visual execution, feedback iteration, and delivery of final assets. Projects included branding, illustration, social media content, presentations, editorial design, motion graphics and more.

M30 Conference| La Nación + Mural + Accenture

Managament 2030 is an annual conference born from the partnership between La Nación and Accenture, in which Sergio Kaufman actively participated together with CEOs of several companies and other personalities relevant to the context.

Alongside Lucia Lersia (designer and comms specialist) we were asked to participate in the creation of collaborative murals to accompany and guide the conversation at the LN + Management 2030 conference, working closely with the Marketing Team as well. For this conference, we use the Mural website.
Some of my goals were:

Interpret the objectives of each day and suggest solutions that are adapted to the proposed modality
Work actively together with stakeholders from different internal areas (Marketing and Design) and external areas (LN +, Mural) in the development of the ideas thought for each day.
Be a key player in the design and development of murals, anticipating problems, proposing alternatives, and verifying the quality of the deliverables.
Collaborate in the live of each day: corroborating that, from an aesthetic and technical point of view, the mural looks as it should. Suggesting changes if needed.

My role

My role at ACN changed through the years, teaching me a lot and rotating to do communication, content development, instructional design and led design efforts across change management and strategic projects. Also, involving the creation of visual identities and design high-impact materials.

And allowing me to developed written and visual content to support internal and external communication strategies.

Even though my role scale through the years, collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders was key to team success since the beginning of my career in ACN. With the years, tasks like budget estimations, business opportunity seeking and staffing were part of my day to day basics.

In parallel, I led the Inclusion & Diversity Council from Argentina, starting as the graphic designer for the Disability team and evolving to be I&D Council Lead, representing the Argentina Council in global meetings, organizing and carrying out the Pride Global Event and Women's Day event, collaborating with the Marketing Spain Team, and more local meetings and events.

Learning and comms, for an audit tool implementation-Training modules (made in Storyline), interactive simulation of reports. Communications: Video editing (headshot, navigation instruction video), User guides with interaction, communication pieces. Video instructions ppt.

Learning and comms for a Loan Origination System implementation. Media Expert- Learning and comms- Creation of deliverables templates (Articulate storyline, Rise – ppt ) Video-based content expert - Define instructional design guidelines and train the team on standards ( e.g.: Style guide) - Design of learning products

Hospitality industry (Europe-Middle East & Africa - APAC)

Two projects at the same time.

Project one: Develop comms and training materials, while keeping branding guide style. Also develop new branding to diverse programs, following client desires and requirements. Contribute criteria to propose the best approach and analyze the user experience of each piece, to secure the best reception of the materials.

Project two: Point of contact with the on-shore team. Coordinate tasks and keep alignment with the on-shore contacts. Track of project’s materials.
